Glitchive, “The AI Failure Library”, publishes documented AI failure cases for practitioners and the public. You may browse and link to the library for lawful purposes. Do not attempt to disrupt the site, gain improper access to its infrastructure, or misrepresent Glitchive’s material as your own.

Accuracy and advice

The library is provided as is, without warranties. We pursue accuracy through our methodology and corrections process, but we cannot guarantee that every statement, source, or suggested solution is complete, current, or error-free.

The material is documentation, not legal, engineering, security, or other professional advice. You remain responsible for evaluating sources, testing solutions, and making decisions appropriate to your circumstances. Glitchive is not responsible for losses arising from reliance on the library to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Ownership and quoting

Unless otherwise noted, Glitchive’s editorial content is © Glitchive. Quotations, trademarks, linked material, and source documents remain the property of their respective owners. Brief quotations from Glitchive with clear attribution and a link to the relevant page are welcome. No broader open-content licence is granted by these terms.

Community features

Submission, endorsement, discussion, and account features do not exist on the site today, so nothing can be contributed through it. Corrections correspondence arrives by email at [email protected]. If community features launch, their contribution and account terms will be published before they become active.

Changes to these terms

Material changes will be noted on this page. Continued use of the library after a change means the updated terms apply to that use.
