If a case file gets something wrong, the record should be corrected visibly.

Factual errors include misattributed causes, broken/superseded sources, and mischaracterised outcomes.
How to report one
Email [email protected] the published case’s AFL- id or URL, the error, and any available source. Case leads and proposed solutions use Contribute.
How corrections are recorded
Corrections remain visible; case ids and URLs never change. Published cases and solutions are withdrawn, never deleted.
