Glitchive publishes verified AI failure incidents. Every submission goes through editorial review before anything is considered for publication.
What we accept
- The incident must be real and already public or based on first-hand experience.
- You must be able to link at least one source that helps verify what happened.
- Synthetic or hypothetical failures are never published.
- The editorial layer is rewritten by AFL, so a rough account is fine.
